Your play group gets its Workbench

One group, one page: upcoming sessions, availability polls, announcements and the group's lists, all readable at a glance — with no chat thread to scroll back through.

  • Sessions set on a known date, or opened as an availability poll
  • In, maybe, out: everyone answers and the count keeps itself
  • Session venue: a Joutes location with its own page, a free-form place, or a member's home
  • Group announcements, members-only or carried over to the public page
  • Founder, admin and member roles, invitations by username or email
  • Shared collection, wishlists and the group's sale list
  • Trades matched on their own: who is after a card, who is selling it

A public page in your group's name

A group is no longer just a private space: it has a public page, in its own colors, that players can follow. Your sessions and internal announcements stay internal.

  • Logo, banner and accent color: the Workbench and the public page take your colors
  • Tagline, description, usual rhythm and links to your networks
  • Followers who subscribe to the group and see what it publishes
  • Tournament record, games and venues, carried over to the public page
  • Roll of arms: public groups are found by activity, by distance or by how new they are
  • Private group: it leaves the roll of arms, and its page asks not to be indexed

Articles, videos and live streams

What your group produces finally has somewhere to live: articles written in markdown, videos and replays, and your Twitch or YouTube streams announced at the top of the public page.

  • Articles written in markdown, with summary, thumbnail and related game
  • YouTube or Twitch videos and replays, with their running time
  • All, videos, articles and replays filters on the public page
  • Up to three simultaneous streams declared by members, viewer counts included
  • Streams and posts also surface on the roll of arms

Game venues, turned into showcases

A venue's page is no longer a listing: it is its showcase, with news, an agenda, the games played there and a proper introduction — plus its live stream at the top of the page whenever it is broadcasting.

  • Four tabs: news, agenda, games played here, about
  • Venue news, one of them pinned, and a featured event
  • Agenda filtered on the games you follow, sign-up in seconds
  • Today's opening hours, directions, photos and amenities
  • Follow a venue to receive its announcements
