Q. I play Disposal Order and choose 3 Deflect units in my enemy's trash. Do I have to pay 3[A] in order to finalize Disposal Order?

A. Deflect is a keyword that is only present on Permanents, and a game object can only be a Permanents if it is a Main Deck Game Object that remains on the board after being played

In the trash, it’s considered a non-board zone.
