Stormbringer and friends, effects that clear enemy units while moving friendly units in.

What happens when a spell like Stormbringer will assign enough damage to kill all enemy units during the cleanup, with a friendly unit being moved there ? the controlling player has zero units there, BUT the BF is not empty.

187.4.c is correct. The opponent has lost control of the battlefield and it is a non-combat showdown.

Note : loss of control implies Hidden cards at the Battlefield are trashed.
